THERE IS A METER ON THE PROPERTY

1. Both new and existing customers need to complete the application to start a new service. 

2. Deposit:  Owner $65, Tenant $125.

3. Deposit must be made in person with a check, cashier's check or money order to ECUD at 1039 N. Moss Ave. Odessa, TX 79763

4. Bring your state issued driver's license or ID card. Passports and green cards also accepted.

5. Proof of residency (mortgage documents or lease agreement) is required.
