ECUD sits within Ector County in an area termed West Odessa. ECUD currently has approximately 5,200 connections.
Board of Directors
Each of the directors of Ector County Utility District volunteers countless hours each month to ensure the smooth operation of our water district. The responsibilities are large and each is taken very seriously. The health and safety of the entire community are dependent on the quality of water and services provided to the residents of the Ector County Utility District.
Officers are elected from the Board of Directors each October for a one year term. The Officers who will serve 2022 - 2023 are:
Tommy Ervin, President
Margaret Burton, Secretary
Stephanie Shaw, Vice President
Sheila Black, Director
Troy Walker, Director
