The ECUD Board of Directors generally holds regular meetings once a month typically on the second Wednesday. Regular meetings usually start at 2:30 PM and are held at 1039 N. Moss Ave, Odessa, TX 79763.

Residents of the District have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Section 49.062 (g), Water Code. A description of this process can be found at https://www.tceq.texas.gov/waterdistricts
